JUST IN: Appeal Court Dismisses Secondus’ Case

Appeal Court has dismissed the suit filed Uche Secondus seeking to stop the planned National convention of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Gatekeepers News reports that the appealed court sitting in Port-Harcourt, River State on Friday dismissed the suit filed by, Uche Secondus, the suspended National Chairman of the PDP seeking to stop the planned National convention of the party.

While dismissing the application by the chairman to stop the scheduled National Convention of the PDP, the appellate court granted PDP leave to go on with the convention without let or hindrance.

The court said that the application was an afterthought and abuse of court processes.
