Maintenance Manager
Job Specifications:

Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- The main duty of the person in this position is to ensure that all outlets are functioning optimally and error-free, in terms of maintenance activities by ensuring the best services are provided to the internal customers through cost-effectiveness, and attracting, retaining, and developing talents for continued business growth. whilst adhering to the guidelines and policies of the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managing/Leading Multi-Restaurants or Retail Outlets maintenance teams.
- Experienced candidate who has worked in QSR in a similar position.
Skills Requirements:
- Maintain existing maintenance systems, utilities, and equipment in all outlets.
- Prepare & maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Performance management.
- Vendor management.
- Adherence to budget targets to ensure operations overheads are maintained at budgeted limits. Facilitates and enables management’s decision-making by providing quantitative data and inferences.
