Pool Car Driver
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja | Nigeria.
Job Description:
- An experienced driver with a proven track record of safely and efficiently transporting passengers. Possessing excellent knowledge of traffic laws, routes with a strong focus on punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving staff to various locations.
- Operate the pool car in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
- Ensure that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Keeping cars neat and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any damage or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A good understanding of English
- In possession of a valid driver’s license with validity of not less than one year.
- Familiarity with Abuja terrain
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Good understanding of road safety rules and signs
- Ability to perform basic maintenance duties on the vehicle/car.
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- A clean driving record
