Gatekeepers News reports that Nigeria’s daily COVID-19 cases have continued to decline as the nation records 37 new infections on Tuesday.

The fresh cases were reported from six State; Lagos-29, Akwa Ibom-3, FCT-2, Gombe-1, Kaduna-1, Kano-1, according to data released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

Gatekeepers News reports of the 25th of May, 2021, Nigeria’s total confirmed COVID cases hit 166,098; 156,528 recoveries and 2,071 deaths.

Meanwhile, 1,930,922 eligible Nigerians have been vaccinated with the first dose of COVID-19, while 8,815 Nigerians vaccinated with 1st dose have received their 2nd dose, according to the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).
