Nigeria on Tuesday recorded 610 new COVID-19 cases.
Gatekeepers News reports that the new infections which take the nation’s total confirmed cases to 179,118, were reported in 13 States.
The NCDC noted that Today’s (Tuesday) report: “Two states with zero cases reported: Kaduna and Sokoto.”
A State-by-State breakdown, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)’s report is as follows; Lagos-281, Rivers-152, Akwa Ibom-85, Ogun-21, Oyo-21, Ekiti-14, FCT-13, Delta-7, Edo-6, Ondo-4, Bayelsa-2, Kano-2 and Plateau-2.
Gatekeepers News reports that as of August 10, 2021, Nigeria has successfully managed 166,131 cases, while 2,194 persons have died.
