Nigeria’s COVID-19 Cases Rise To 182,503

Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 541 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Sunday.

Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are from 12 States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

The NCDC noted that Lagos State reported the highest infections of the day with 242 new cases, followed by Akwa Ibom (94), Enugu (48), Oyo (48).

Others include; Anambra (34), Rivers (19), Ogun (17), Ekiti (15), FCT (9), Kwara (7), Abia (5), Delta (2), Niger (1).

Till date,182,503 cases have been confirmed, 167,132 cases have been discharged and 2,219 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
