Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi has conferred chieftaincy titles on entrepreneur and politician Shina Peller alongside his wife.
Gatekeepers News reports that Peller, a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency in Oyo state, was conferred with the title of Ayedero of Yoruba land, while his wife was honoured with the title of Yeye Ayedero of Yoruba land.
The coronation ceremony was held today, August 28 at the Alaafin’s palace in Oyo State, Southwest Nigeria.
