Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) says 466 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections were recorded across the country.
Gatekeepers News reports that NCDC made this declaration via its daily record for Friday, September 9.
Lagos has a higher record of 134, while Rivers 82, Edo had a record of 69 and Gombe 39.
Others include FCT 32, Kaduna 21, Plateau 20, Benue 19, Kwara 17, and Delta 16.
While others are Akwa Ibom 10, Bayelsa 5, and Kano 2.
Compilation of the newly infected cases showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 198,239 confirmed cases.
NCDC through its record highlighted that the total number of discharged cases was recorded to be 185,780.
The total number of death increased to be 2,588, revealing that 3 death case was recorded.
