Gatekeepers News has been nominated for the 2021 Nigeria Media Nite-Out Award (NMNA).
As part of efforts to celebrate media excellence in Nigeria, NMNA has nominated Gatekeepers News and several other organisations and individuals for the 15th edition of the award.
The theme of the Award is “Fake News & Social Media: Ensuring Accuracy, Objectivity In News Reportage.”
The Special Award category for this edition which is a combination of year 2020 and 2021 is the “Heroes of Pandemic Diamond Award”, designed to identify those who delivered impactful and palliative support to people.
The Chairman of the day is Governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle while the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed will be the guest speaker.
The host is Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State while Sola Olugbemiro is the Convener of the Award.
