Following several rounds of games played, Okeke Isaac has been crowned the winner of the U18 category of the Africa Youths Individual Chess Championship.
Gatekeepers News reports that Isaac worked hard intending to fly the country’s flag high continually.
The chess brainiac, in 2019, also stood out at theĀ 2019 African Youth Chess Championship held in Windhoek, Namibia.
Okeke has, therefore, been recognised to be the youngest Nigerian to achieve International Master Status.
Nigerians, in their reactions to his recent victory, congratulated him for his achievements.
