The Remains of Edo born billionaire, Captain Hosa Okunbo has arrived Benin for burial.
Gatekeepers News reports that the remains of late prominent Benin billionaire and philanthropist, Captain Hosa Okunbo landed at the Benin City airport on Wednesday.
Okunbo died on August 7 after months of a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer at a London hospital.
He will be buried in Benin on Friday, October 9.
He was 63 years old at the time of his death.
The body landed on the tarmac of the airport at 11:32 am into the waiting arms of the family, friends and associates who had arrived the airport as early as 6 am.
Friends and associates put on t-shirts and headgears bearing the image of the captain, with the inscription, “Forever in our heart”.
The service of songs would hold on Thursday, October 7, followed by the funeral service on Friday.
