1.) Physiotherapist

The Role
- Reporting to the Head of the unit of Physiotherapy, the Physiotherapist is responsible for carrying out assessments to evaluate their patients’ range of movement and ability to carry out everyday tasks. Physiotherapists work to diagnose the causes of injury and put together a treatment plan, sometimes including exercises, manual therapy and electrotherapy (using electrical energy as a medical treatment). They also advise on managing long term conditions.
- The incumbent plans and develops bespoke treatment plans, which helps patients to regain their independence and mobility by using purposeful activity, write patient case notes, and liaise with other healthcare professionals. The holder will be responsible to diagnose, assess and treat physical conditions.
Qualifications
- BPT / BMR with other relevant certifications.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a physiotherapist.
- Understanding of physical Therapy’s best practice.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tolerance and patience
- Good Physical health and fitness.
- Ability to work in a team.

- The Account Payable is responsible for invoices processing and verification, tracking of payments that are due, preparation of schedules for unpaid invoices, Payments of other bills and subsequent postings, Monitor and ensure payments are up to date, Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues.
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- B.Sc in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role.

The Role
- The Senior Financial Reporting Officer will be responsible for preparing government financial filings and coordinating the company legal and financial teams.
- Monitoring company financial statements and reports to verify their accuracy and to find ways to limit or reduce costs.
Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounts.
- 4-5 years of experience.
- ACA, and ICAN Certification
- Knowledge of IFRS regulations, internal auditing, and public accounting

4.) Orthopaedic Surgeon
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Performance Areas
- Consulting with patients and analyzing patient data to determine patient needs and treatment goals.
- Examining patients to diagnose bone, joint, ligament, or other musculoskeletal problems, including diseases, or injuries.
- Collaborating with other specialists, when necessary, to determine a course of treatment.
- Recording patient care by maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.
- Performing surgical procedures on various parts of the musculoskeletal system as a team.
- Referring patients to physical therapy, when necessary, or performing non-invasive procedures such as casting and splinting limbs.
- Monitoring ongoing progress and health of patients, and changing treatment plans, as necessary.
- Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.
- Conducting research on defects, diseases, and disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system.

Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- M.B.B.S or equivalent with 10 – 15 years work experience.
- FWACS (Trauma/Orthopaedics) or FMCOrth
- Certification – Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and current annual Practicing License.
