1.) Business Development Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for the Real Estate / Facility Management market
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales for the business
- Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face to face
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan
- Liaise with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent business growth
- Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Prepare proposals and deliver pitches to and presentations to potential new clients
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Develop ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales
- Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals
- Provide assistance and expertise to the operations areas of Fusion Facilities Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Sales or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Business Development Manager or any other similar roles in the Real Estate industry.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable track record of developing successful sales and business development strategies
- Experience in building services and engineering would be advantageous
- Management of the total bid process for new and retained business
- Sound knowledge of the industry/client sectors
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
2.) Admin / Procurement Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors / suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Review orders from various departments
- Create purchase orders, ensuring relevant procurement procedures have been applied and all supporting documentation is attached
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses and reports
- Control and monitor expenses against approved budget
- Carry out biannual assets stock take
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Handle transport, travel arrangements and distribution of materials to the field
- Check the quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are delivered properly as per specification as well as contract agreement and deal with performance evaluation of vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration or a similar field preferred
- 2+ years working experience in Administration Service, Procurement or any other similar role
- Cogent knowledge of procurement practices
- Sourcing experience
- Proficient in Ms Office program
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail.
3.) Digital Marketer
Location: Lagos
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
- Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
