Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said the country recorded 65 new cases for Friday.
Gatekeepers News reports that no new death was recorded from the pandemic which has claimed 2,838 lives across the country since its outbreak in 2020.
The NCDC disclosed this in an update on its official pages on social media late Friday night, adding that 65 fresh cases were recorded across 9 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
NCDC has it that Kaduna has a new case of 20, while Gombe 10, FCT 9, Rivers 9, Bauchi 6, Lagos 3, while Delta, Edo, Kano and Oyo recorded same, that is, 2.
Zero death case was recorded added to the current record, leaving the statistics at 2,902 deaths.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 204,184.
