Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 1355 new cases of Covid-19 across the country.
Gatekeepers News reports that the NCDC made this known through its daily reports for Thursday, December 30.
The pandemic has so far, claimed 3,028 lives across the country since its outbreak in 2020.
The update has it that 1355 fresh cases were recorded across 9 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The record, according to the commission include Lagos (1,036), Nasarawa (92), Delta (58), FCT (57), Edo (44), Rivers (25), Kano (23), Enugu (11), Plateau (6), Bayelsa (3)
2 death cases were added to the current record, as the statistics remainain increased to 3,028.
The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 213,491.
