Tega’s Death: COZA’s Choir – ‘The Gratitude’ Breaks Silence

Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA)’s choir, ‘The Gratitude’ has reacted to the death of Tega Apochi – a member of the team.

Gatekeepers News reports that members of ‘the Gratitude’ have debunked the allegations of selling their souls to the church and its founder, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo,

This comes in the wake of allegations made by a former member of the church, Nnenna Kalu-Ude, who called out Fatoyinbo in the death of her pregnant friend, Tega Apochi who was also a choir member in the church.

Kalu-Ude who was the former coordinator of the church choir – ‘The Gratitude’ had also alleged that the staff of the church were being owed salaries and maltreated.

The Gratitude debunked all these allegations on its official Instagram page in a 2-part post which consists of a series of videos by members of the team.

In the post, Duoye, a member of the choir who was earlier called out for selling his soul to get a car from the church narrated how he won the car during a competition in the church.

The caption of part 1 and 2 posts read: “It’s so painful that while we are dealing with the passing of our beloved sister, people want to use this opportunity to trend. Pls stop and let us heal in peace.”
