Nigeria has recorded 301 New Covid-19 cases and 6 deaths as infection hits 250,929.
Gatekeepers News reports that the confirmed cases of Covid-19 has increased to 250,929 as 301 new cases and 6 deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Sunday, 16th of January 2022.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on Coronavirus, said 224,052 cases have been discharged and 3,103 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of the country.
According to NCDC, the new cases are reported from 10 states, with Lagos State, South West Nigeria, having the highest with 175 new cases.
