Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases continues to rise as 53 new cases were recorded by the NCDC on Monday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the new cases are from 10 States according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The NCDC noted that Gombe State reported the highest infections of the day with 16 new cases, followed by Rivers (12), Cross Rivers (8), Kaduna (4).
Others include; Niger (4), Kwara (3), Bayelsa (2), Kano (2), Ogun (1), Oyo (1).
Till date, 253,780 cases have been confirmed, 230,145 cases have been discharged and 3,139 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
