Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has appointed experienced media practitioner, Iretidola Ojekhoa as Special Adviser on Concepts and Actualisation.
Ms. Ojekhoa revealed her appointment to Gatekeepers News as she’s been saddled with the responsibility of developing ideas that will help promote better concepts in Kogi State. These ideas are expected to be in line with modern realities and will help foster the development of the state.
The newly appointed Ms. Ojekhoa is also the Executive Director of Olorunwa Media. Her experience in the media industry spans almost two decades. She has led several media interventions both at state and national level. She’s revered for her effectiveness in electioneering media campaign and her exploits have helped the success of candidates.
Ms. Ojekhoa hails from Ile Oluji, Ondo State and attended St. Louis Grammar School, Akure before proceeding to Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State.
She has worked both in government media organisations and private media outfits and has masterminded many short films and documentaries including A Tale of two Fathers, Nigeria on Firmer Ground, and Don’t Add to the Bloodshed. Her pro-Nigerian outlook has set her apart as a nation-loving citizen and an amazon.
Her wealth of experience in the media industry and in working with political candidates is expected to help her and the Governor-Bello led Kogi State government to new paths especially in the areas of conceptualisation of developmental ideas and their actualisation.
