Benedicta Ebuehi Releases New Life-Revealing Book Ómóne

Benedicta Ebuehi is an amazon. She’s revered, loved and respected by those who know her or have experienced her exceptional humanity.

In spite of her tough beginnings, where she had to contend with great upheavals and travails, her journey through life’s storms has unearthed a rare gem.

Her forays into politics were intentioned on the necessity of representing her people well, protecting the future from the fingerprints and cultural hooks of the past and ensuring nobody gets subjected to her experiences as a little girl.

While her political achievements have reached far and wide, only a very few know the making of one of Edo State’s finest female politicians.

She clung on to hope at the edge of challenges and has stood out as a beautiful work of humanity. The need to reveal her story became a necessity as the modern society continued to draw into an abyss of abuse, with some old cultures standing in the way of growth and progression.

In her description of her new work titled “Ómóne,” Ms. Ebuehi said the book is a “compelling true life story of hopelessness turned to hope.

Benedicta Ebuehi

“Rising from a child bride at 15 to becoming the first elected female  Executive Chairman of Etsako East Local Govt Area, Edo State, it is highly descriptive, thought-provoking and an engaging read.

“I wrote it to encourage those who might be in the same situation I was in as a young girl. Everybody should read this Book to learn about how others less fortunate than them live.

“THIS IS THE STORY OF MY LIFE!”
