A former Channels TV broadcaster and aspirant for the House of Representatives, Emana Ambrose-Amawhe has inaugurated her campaign Team in Calabar, Cross River State, South-South Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that Ambrose-Amawhe who hails from Esuk Mbat in Akpabuyo local government area, is hoping to represent Akpabuyo, Bakassi and Calabar South federal constituency in the house of representatives.
At the event, she emphasized that she was in the race to serve and ensure economic empowerment of her people.
She added that her campaign is built on three Rs which is Rebirth, Restoration and Reward.
She said, “I came to serve my people, my name is Emana, which means generation and I am here to make sure my people have a better rebirth.
“I am here to seek for your support, I am here to ask that you please consolidate that support for me, I am only one person and I can not do so much.
“There must be a reward for the people from this Federal Constituency.”
Earlier, the Director General of the campaign, Francis Etang described the aspirant as one who is both “formidable and prepared”
He called on PDP members from the Federal Constituency to work hard in other to ensure her emergence.
