Eunice Atuejide, 2019 Presidential candidate of the National Interest Party has declared her interest in running for the Federal House of Representatives, Igbo-Etiti, and Uzo-Uwani Federal Constituency in Enugu State, Southeast Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that in 2019, Atuejide eventually withdrew from the Presidential race to campaign for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Atuejide had written, “If you’re Nigerian, of voting age, registered to vote, & have a PVC, you have a duty to perform on Saturday 23rd February 2019. That duty is to go to your polling unit and vote for #Atiku of the #PDP for President.
“This is a matter of life or death for our country.
“#BuhariMustGo!”
However, the Nigerian businessman, while announcing her interest in a seat in the Federal House of Representatives on Friday said she would be contesting under the ruling All Progressives Congress.”
She wrote, “I (Atuejide) am vying under the #APC!
“I hope I have your support.”
