The Special Assistant (SA) to the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on New Media, Fafoluyi Olayinka Michael, has been honored with Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity by the West African Youth Council.
Gatekeepers News reports that this was contained in an appointment letter signed by the President of West African (ECOWAS) Youth Council, Amb. Emmanuel S. William.
The President said Fafoluyi’s appointment was sequel to his diligence, resilience and commitment to the service of the state and his contribution to youth development generally.
Fafoluyi was also appointed as West Africa Youth Ambassador.
Fafoluyi while reacting to this, dedicated the award to the governor, thanking him for nurturing him for the challenge.
“I dedicate this to God and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq who has painstakingly nurtured me to grow under his wings” he said.
