JUST IN: Buhari Asks Senate To Confirm Ariwoola As CJN

President Muhammadu Buhari asked the Senate to confirm the appointment of the acting Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, as the substantive CJN.

Gatekeepers News reports that Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, disclosed this on a letter sent from the President.

Lawan read the letter at plenary on Tuesday.
