Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe has officially joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Gatekeepers News reports that Orubebe signed the membership register in Ward three, Tuomo, Burutu Local Government Area, Friday.
Orubebe is the Director-General of the campaign organisation of the APC gubernatorial flagbearer in Delta, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege,
Orubebe while speaking during the occasion promised to work with all members of the party without discrimination.
He thanked the APC executive members and others who left various engagement to receive him into the fold.
Orubebe, while disclosing that a rally to welcome politicians from other political parties will be organised soon, assured that with his leadership in the party, APC would win elections for the first time in the local government area.
He further expressed confidence that the Deputy Senate President, Omo-Agege, will win the governorship election, adding that his victory will attract development to the Ijaw area.
