JUST IN: Oleksandr Usyk Beats Anthony Joshua To Retain World Heavyweight Titles

Oleksandr Usyk has defeated Anthony Joshua to retain World Heavyweight titles.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Ukrainian Usyk claimed a stunning split-decision victory over British-Nigerian Joshua to retain his WBA, WBO and IBF belts, while adding the Ring Magazine title to his collection.

Joshua who proved to be much-improved during the rematch was given the nod on one of the judges’ scorecards, taking it 115-113.

Usyk who was however, handed 115-113 and 116-112 in a split-decision Usyk fights back tears to receive his titles.

This victory has staged Usyk for a fight against WBC champion Tyson Fury next.
