At least 31 people have been killed in an attack at a childcare facility in North-Eastern Thailand
Gatekeepers News reports that the gunman is a former police officer, Panya Khamrab and Thai Media say he killed himself in the wake of the shooting
Reports say the attack began when 34-year-old Panya armed with a gun and a knife stormed into the childcare facility in Nong Bua Lamphu province
About 30 children were inside the building when the shooter approached just after lunchtime
He shot four or five staff members – including a teacher who was eight months pregnant and fled the daycare centre in a white pick-up truck.
The Thai-Prime Minister ordered a huge Man-hunt and Local Media say Panya Killed his family after the massacre and then shot himself.
Police say More than 20 children died in the attack with three of the children aged two.
