Former president, Goodluck Jonathan, Director General, World Trade Organisation, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and former transportation minister, Rotimi Amaechi, were among dignitaries who attended the reception organised by businessman, Tony Elumelu, on Tuesday.
Gatekeepers News reports that the reception was to celebrate the conferment of national honours on him and his brother and federal lawmaker, Ndudi Elumelu.
While, Tony was conferred with Commander Of the Federal Republic, Ndudi was honoured with Officer of the Order of the Niger.
