Fred Attabo, Resident Pastor of Living Faith Church, Lokongoma, Lokoja in Kogi State, has been found dead in his office.
Gatekeepers News reports that the 68-year-old slumped and died in his office on Friday after a morning prayer programme held at the church.
Edwin Okolo, the church’s associate pastor, confirmed Attabo’s demise, saying said it is “very shocking”.
“Our senior pastor slumped in his office shortly after Friday’s Covenant Hour of Prayer this morning,” he said.
“When it happened, we took him to the Specialist Hospital, Lokoja, for medical attention.
“We accepted his death in good faith and have taken his body to the mortuary at Specialist Hospital, Lokoja.”
Gatekeepers News reports that Attabo had recently coordinated the distribution of relief materials sent to Kogi State flood victims by the Founder of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo.
