Responsibilities:
- Work on an ESRC-funded project on mental well-being and productivity.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary research teams at the University of Warwick and University College Cork, you will be the lead researcher on two work packages being led by Nottingham. The first of these will explore the complex factors influencing adoption and implementation of mental health and well-being practices within individual organisational settings using qualitative approaches. The second work package will be a longitudinal cohort study examining the role of psychosocial factors in predicting individual-level mental well-being and productivity.
- Along with experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods and analysis, you will have strong project management skills and be able to communicate effectively with employers and employees taking part in the research.
- You will have a proven track-record of effective engagement with organisations to involve them in applied research projects. You will have or be near to completion of a PhD or equivalent in a relevant subject area or the equivalent in professional qualifications and experience in research area.
This role is available on a fixed-term basis until 31/03/2025. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
