Human Resources Clerk

Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Abuja | Nigeria

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Human Resources field or general office administration work is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Internet) is required.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills to manage in-person and telephone contacts.
Must be organized, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal relationships are required. Must be able to do good math skills to perform final benefit calculations.

Education Requirements:

Two (2) years of general college studies are required.

Evaluations:

This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language listed.

LANGUAGE:

Fluency in reading/writing/speaking of English is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of office administration procedures; ordering office supplies and equipment, arranging travel, and completing/submitting travel vouchers is required.
Basic knowledge of the host country’s laws pertaining to personnel functions performed is required.
