Kano State attorney-general, Musa Abdullahi-Lawan has withdrawn the murder case against the majority leader of the House of Representatives, Alhassan Ado-Doguwa.
Gatekeepers News reports that Abdullahi-Lawan said the ministry cannot substantiate the charges against the legislator based on the facts available.
On February 28, Ado-Doguwa was arrested at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport, while boarding a flight to Abuja.
