All Progressives Congress(APC) Governors Forum has unanimously elected Imo Governor Hope Uzodimma as its new chairman.
Gatekeepers News reports that Uzodimma was elected at a meeting that attracted all the APC Governors on Wednesday in Abuja.
His Chief Press Secretary, Oguwike Nwachuku in a statement said the choice of Uzodimma for the position was a source of pride to his APC Governor-Colleagues who attested to his capacity to lead them.
Nwachuku said, “Governor Uzodimma’s latest responsibility came barely three days ago he was conferred with the honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger ( CON) by the former President, Muhammadu Buhari and another honour, last weekend, by the former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike.”
