Aggrieved members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also known as the G5 Governors have arrived Aso Rock ahead of a meeting with President Bola Tinubu on Thursday.
Gatekeepers News reports that in attendance at the meeting at the Aso Rock are one serving governor and four former governors within the party. They are Governor Seyi Makinde (Oyo) as well as former Governors Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia) and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu).
The current Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah is also present.
The G5 Governors is a group that emerged as a breakaway group from the Peoples’ Democratic Party, after the presidential primaries of the party, saying their grievances were not addressed by the party.
