Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja, Lagos, and Rivers | Nigeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical spas, dermatology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of beauty products, particularly those related to skincare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and effectively convey product information.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
2. Sales Promoter
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja, Lagos, and Rivers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in promoting skin-related products, machines, and after-treatment creams.
- Experience in the medical spas, dermatology, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of beauty products, particularly those related to skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey product information.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
3. National Sales Manager
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja, Lagos, and Rivers | Nigeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) would be a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the dermatology field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical beauty products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.
- The result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Must be willing to travel nationally as required.
Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000/month
