Abubakar Abdullahi also known as Igbe of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been declared winner of the Local Government Chairmanship election in Etsako West, Edo State, South South Nigeria.
Gatekeepers News reports that the returning officer Comrade Abdulganiyu Braimah declared Igbe and his Vice, Engr. Dirisu Fatai winner of the election which held on Saturday.
A breakdown of the results showed that the APC polled 8,653 votes, Labour party got 1,268 and the People’s Democractic Party garnered 4,656.
