A tragic incident occurred in Northern Nigeria where a lady committed suicide after her groom-to-be passed away one week before their scheduled wedding.
Gatekeepers News reports that the ceremony was scheduled for October 22, 2023. Sadly, the groom passed away a week before, and the wedding on Saturday, October 14, was called off.
The bride, deeply affected by the groom’s death, took her own life on the same day. She reportedly left a suicide note.

Their nikkah was cancelled due to the death of the groom yesterday. The wife committed suicide overnight.
No matter the situation, don’t kill yourself by commiting suicide, it’s never going to change anything.
