President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his deepest condolences to the Canadian government, the diplomatic community, and all those affected by the fire incident that occurred at the Canadian High Commission in Abuja on Monday.
Gatekeepers News reports that Tinubu assured the Canadian authorities of the Nigerian government’s unwavering support in providing assistance to both diplomatic and local staff of the High Commission, who were notably impacted by the unfortunate event.
In a statement signed by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President (Media & Publicity), the President also offered prayers for the repose of the departed souls and extends his well wishes for a speedy and complete recovery to all injured individuals.
