First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has visited ailing Nollywood actor, Mr. Zack Orji, at the National Hospital in Abuja.
Gatekeepers News reports that the visit took place during the First Lady’s visit at the hospital to celebrate the first baby of the year.
The First Lady was accompanied by the Vice President’s wife, Hajia Nana Shettima; the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye; the wife of the Minister for Works, Mrs. Rachael Umahi; and the wife of the Minister of State for Defence, Mrs. Bello Matawalle, among others.
While details of the visit were not fully disclosed, sources indicate that Mrs. Tinubu spent approximately 13 minutes with the veteran actor.
Zack Orji’s health has reportedly improved since his admission to the hospital, with positive developments noted in his condition.
The National Hospital Public Relations Officer, Tayo Hastrup, shared that Zack Orji has started talking and is in stable condition.
“He has started talking. He is in stable condition. His wife is by his side. We really thank God for him,” Hastrup said
The intervention of the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development ensured that he received the best medical attention the National Hospital could provide.
Zack Orji was admitted to the National Hospital over the weekend after reportedly collapsing in his toilet.
