Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria, joined security operatives on Tuesday, joined to arrest okada riders who were plying one-way along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
Gatekeepers News reports that the face-off between the governor and the riders resulted in the arrest of a lance corporal in the Nigerian Army and others, including bikes.
