Gatekeepers News reports that Namang was said to have been killed on Saturday in Pankshin town, Pankshin LGA of Plateau.
Yusuf Gagdi, a member of the house of representatives, condemned Namang’s killing on Sunday evening.
Gagdi, who represents Pankshin/Kanam/Kanke federal constituency of Plateau, said he expects security agencies to apprehend the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
“He was killed in the headquarters of my constituency,” Gagdi told TheCable,
“It is very complicated. Some people are giving a different dimension to it. You cannot call this bandit or Fulani attack or anything. It is difficult. You cannot also say that it is politically motivated.
“Security will do their job and I am very sure that the perpetrators of the act will be brought to book. It’s very sad.”
