Secretary/PA to CEO

Job Description:

TRAZ Intelligence and Security Solutions, a leading firm in the security and intelligence sector, is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fill the position of Secretary/PA to the CEO.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Coordinate and support executive meetings, including taking minutes and follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidential records and files for the CEO.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
• Manage the office in Ibadan.

Requirements:

• Reside in Ibadan, Nigeria.
• Age 30 years or below.
• Minimum of OND certificate in any relevant field.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
• Experience of using a desktop is very important.
