Naira Abuse: 'Money Na Water' - Cubana Chief Priest Boasts After Bail
Socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, took to his Instagram page to brag about his wealth shortly after the Federal High Court in Lagos State granted him bail.

Gatekeepers News reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned Cubana Chief Priest on Wednesday for abusing the Nigerian currency by allegedly spraying and tampering with it during a social event at Eko Hotel on February 13, 2024.

He was charged with three counts of abuse of naira, which is a violation of the Central Bank Act of 2007.

Cubana Chief Priest pleaded not guilty to the charges when he appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare who granted him bail of N10 million with two sureties in like sum.

Following his bail, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram page to appreciate his friends and fans for their concerns.

He said his arraignment and subsequent bail have confirmed that he is not “small.”

He wrote, “Seeing all your messages and love. I’m so humbled. Now it’s confirmed CP [Chief Priest] no small. Money na water.”
