JUST IN: Tinubu Sacks Five Ministers – Appoints Seven New Ones

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sacked five ministers from his cabinet and appointed 7 new ones. 

Gatekeepers News reports that the sacked ministers are; Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, minister of women affairs; Lola Ade-John, the minister of tourism; Jamila Bio Ibrahim, minister of youth development; Tahir Mamman, minister of education and Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo, minister of state, housing and urban development.

The appointment of the seven new ministers was announced in a statement issued by the presidency after the federal executive council meeting on Wednesday.

Bianca Odinaka Odumegu-Ojukwu was appointed as minister of state foreign affairs while Jumoke Oduwole was named the minister of industry, trade and investment.
