Bomb Explosion Hit Zamfara Again

Two explosions have hit some communities in Dansadau district, Maru Local government area (LGA) of Zamfara state.

Gatekeepers News reports that the explosives went off along Malele and Dansadau-Malamawa roads.

Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency publication revealed that the explosives caused significant damage to the communities.

Details of casualties from the incident which is third explosion that occurred in the state in a week, remain unclear as of the time of filing this report.

Eight people died when an explosive tore through the Gusau-Dansadau bridge, destroying a Golf car.

According to Zamfara police command; members of Lakurawa terrorist group were responsible for the bombing.
