Governor Okpebholo’s office today announced the appointment of Osiobughie Oyase Okhuemoi as the new spokesperson. Okhuemoi, a seasoned communications and public relations strategist, brings over 15 years of experience to the role, having built a strong reputation for crafting and executing successful PR campaigns in both the public and private sectors.
Okhuemoi’s impressive resume boasts a diverse skillset including strategic communication planning, crisis communication management, brand development, compelling storytelling through writing and media production, and proven experience managing political campaigns. His career spans roles at prominent organizations including MIH Strategy, where he served as Senior Partner, Strategy & Design, and FGR Energy, where he headed Corporate Communications. More recently, he’s worked as a Communications & Brand Strategist for Just Inches Digital, LTD.
Beyond his professional experience, Okhuemoi’s dedication to community engagement is evident. He’s served as a Master of Ceremony for numerous high-profile events and has actively participated in organizations such as the World Safety Organization and the Network for the Advancement of Persons with Visible Disabilities (NAPVID).
