Operatives of Lagos State police Command have arrested three people for flogging a female employee over alleged theft.
Gatekeepers News reports that a viral video on Sunday showed the lady being flogged by three men reportedly at Don Maserati Classic Boutique on Lagos Island.
Reacting in a post on X, Benjamin Hundeyin, police spokesman in the state said efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects and contact the victim.
He said, “Three suspects have been arrested, while efforts are on to apprehend other suspects and establish contact with the victim.”
“The Commissioner of Police CP Olanrewaju Ishola, assures Lagosians that justice will be served.”
