All Progressives Congress, APC is set to formally receive Senator representing Delta North, Ned Nwoko into the party today.
Gatekeepers News reports that the Senator will be received into the party at the National Assembly by the National chairman of the party, Abdullahi Ganduje.
He’s also expected to be join by the Deputy National chairman South of the APC.
Nwoko In a resignation letter addressed to the party leadership in Ward 8, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State, dated January 30 expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the party.
He cited deep divisions and irreconcilable factions as the primary reasons for his departure.
“My decision to resign is first and foremost due to the deep divisions and factionalisation within the party. This fragmentation has made it increasingly difficult to foster unity and advance the collective interests of our people,” Nwoko stated.
The senator further lamented recent events that underscored the party’s internal strife.
