Supreme court has set aside the judgment of court of appeal in Abuja which recognised Julius Abure as national chairman of Labour Party (LP).
Gatekeepers News reports that a five-member panel of the apex court unanimously held that the appellate court didn’t have the jurisdiction to affirm Abure as chairman of LP, appointment, as the case fundamentally concerned internal party leadership
