Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a social media content creator, Muhammed Kabir Sa’ad, also known as @youngcee0066, for allegedly abusing naira notes.
Gatekeepers News reports that according to the EFCC, Sa’ad posted a video on his social media pages showing him flinging naira notes in the air and deliberately stepping on them.
In the video, Sa’ad reportedly dared EFCC officers in Hausa language to arrest him if they could.
The EFCC tracked him down and arrested him in the Tudun Wada area of Kaduna state. He is currently being held at the EFCC’s Kaduna office for interrogation.
The commission has confirmed that Sa’ad will be charged to court once investigations are concluded. This arrest comes shortly after another socialite, E-Money, was also arrested and interrogated by the EFCC for alleged naira abuse.
